I'm Miles Thomas and I am the founder of Humanized CX. I wanted to create a space for anyone who has an interest in the field to learn more about CX and other related topics.
As a bit of background, I have been working in customer service and experience for around 15 years, my education is in Psychology but I also spent a long time working in tech both in development and digital roles. I am currently the global head of customer service and experience for an international educational not for profit organization.
In 2018 I was named as a semi-finalist for the global CX Impact awards, I will also be acting as a Judge for the 2019 UK Customer Experience awards. I am one of a handful of practitioners in the UK holding the 'Advanced customer experience management' certification from Beyond Philosophy, and I am a member of the Customer experience professionals association (CXPA).
